Refund Policy
Hosting plans have a 15 day cancelation period from the day of the order. A refund will be issued for any full months not used.
We guarantee the quality of our service. If there is a problem with our service we will work diligently with you to resolve it. If a resolution is not feasible then a full refund can be issued for any hosting services not including domain names and SSL certificates.
Domain names and secure certificates are purchased through a domain registrar and are not refundable. They are however transferrable if you chose to move services to a third party hosting company. SSL certificates transferrability is limited to compatable hosting providers.
